I’ve arrange my time machine to incorporate an exterior SSD in its backup. Initially it labored, then out of the blue began failing inside 30 seconds through the ‘making ready backup’ stage. Here’s what I imagine to be related console output:

Exhausting to know what I might be doing to set off it. My SSD is used for Logic Professional classes and different recordsdata and I usually work from the classes that reside there. Generally I transfer giant quantities of recordsdata to that drive to scrub out my laborious drive.
The primary time this difficulty began it lasted 3 weeks earlier than resolving itself (no concept why).

- setup an alternate method to mechanically backup my exterior SSD (perhaps the
manner I am doing it isn’t really useful?)
Issues I’ve tried:
- first aid-ing the time machine drive and the SSD: no points
- manually deleting in progress and interrupted backup recordsdata
- toggling the highlight index privateness to exclude my SSD
- ready awhile whereas drives are related (solely factor that has labored previously)
- restarting whereas drives related
- speaking to my laptop
